A Co-Dreaming Approach: The Volunteer Orientation Assessment

Thank you for your interest in having a fresh look at your volunteer orientation! Here are the deets:

  1. I come to your orientation (via zoom) and sit in as if I am a potential volunteer.

  2. You’ll send over any materials associated with the orientation (slides, handouts, etc)

  3. I’ll take my notes about what I hear, feel, and think as it relates to the orientation itself.

  4. We’ll jump on a one-hour (non-judgmental) debrief call to go over my thoughts and yours (which will be recorded for you).

  5. I’ll send over a summary of our meeting and some tailored actionable and practical recommendations to implement for future orientations (1-3pager). You’ll also get a list of reflection prompts to incorporate, and some not so cringy ice-breakers as well.
